Has anyone had an issue traveling to Egypt carrying thyroid meds?

Always check the embassy of any country you are travelling to - assuming you are in the UK, the London embassy website for Egypt.

And the Foreign and Commonwealth Office advice:

gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice

And the companies dealing with your arrangements - e.g. airline, holiday company.

In general, there is no problem with the thyroid hormones but there might be particular rules on amounts, how it needs to be packaged, cabin or hold, having a prescription for inspection, etc.
