thank you for all the help and advice yesterday. I took the reduce dosed earlier. I’ve spiralled again, heart racing and palpitations, head spaced out, feeling shaky and anxiety rocketed. Feeling how I did when ended up in hosp. Last week.

i feel so dizzy. Not sure what to do

How about taking NO liothyronine? Just the levothyroxine.

If later, even after just a few hours, you feel like you are sinking, you always have the option to take some liothyronine. Maybe 5 micrograms?
