ear rush or woosh - is it connected?

Hello again, this maybe a strange question, and I’m not actually sure how to put it into words, but does anyone get a random whoosh, almost like an air or fluid rush in one ear. It tends to be two or three of them in quick succession and then nothing. I worry as I also suffer from vertigo and this is sometimes how it starts, or maybe it’s just that the vertigo doesn’t quite happen?. I wonder if there is anything I can do about this. So does anyone have anything similar?

Hi, maybe go to have your ears suctioned clean. I was really surprised how my hearing improved & my ears felt better after I had it done. The practitioners tend to know lots about ear problems too so it’s a cheapish way to find out more

That is a very good idea, thanks, I’ve never actually thought to have that done.
