I’ve been on thyroxine around 14 years after making adjustments over time to the strength of this supplement I am what is perceived as feeling ok at 75mg a day. I do feel tiredness come on and can find that I fall asleep during the day so as the title of this message says am I really at my best or is the quantity of thyroxine not at the optimum I’m loath to mess with thing due to problems in the past.
Also I have had for some years digestive problems which I believe may be caused by thyroxine but GP really has no desire to investigate this and offer an alternative solution.
Any suggestions.

75 mcg is not much of a dose, only one step up from a starter dose, so you're probably under-medicated.
Under-medication would probably mean that you have low stomach acid causing your digestive problems - this is very common in hypos but doctors know nothing about it. So, nothing to do with the levo, except that you're not taking enough of it.
I think the advice given on your previous posts still stands. You originally had Graves so your TSH levels may be lower than they would be in someone with a different variety of hypothyroidism. If your doctor is only going by TSH and not looking at your FT4 and FT3 levels you’re probably undermedicated.
And if you’re undermedicated that could be causing your digestive issues.
