I’m on 100 t4mcg taken through the night & 30mcg liothyrine which I split 20 morning & 10 tea time, just this past 2 weeks or so started feeling a bit of hand tremor like going hyper but without all the other symptoms of weight loss and energy, just hand tremor, would you say I need a increase or decrease in t4 or t3, I have put a stone on in weight also but with the hand tremors can’t make sense of it, as Iv had hand tremor when I was overactive but weight gain when underactive
Thank you

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
T3 ….day before test split T3 as 2 or 3 smaller doses spread through the day, with last dose approximately 8-12 hours before test
is this how you did your test
What were most recent vitamin results
Exactly what vitamin supplements are you taking
presumably you previously had Graves’ disease
Monitor My Health also now offer thyroid and vitamin testing, plus cholesterol and HBA1C for £65
