The name Eltroxin is a brand name in the UK of Advanz/Mercury Pharma.
The name Eltroxin is a brand name in most of the rest of the world of Aspen.
These are completely different formulations.
The name Eltroxin (with or without an extra 'e') is sometimes used for any levothyroxine product (similarly to "Hoover" for vacuum cleaners).
This makes it difficult to answer your question without clarification.
