Thoughts on blood test ? (Quite new to T3 meds)

Any thoughts regarding my latest bloods please?

I take 100 mcg T4 and 20mcg T3. My symptoms are nausea and brain fog. (I have an Underactive Thyroid).

Free T3 5.1 pmol/L (in range) (3.10-6.80pmol)L

THS 0.01 pmol/L (out of range) (range 0.27-4.20mIU/L)

Free T4 13 pmol/L (in range) (11-22pmol/L)

Free T4 (fT4) 13 pmol/L (11 - 22) 18.2%

Free T3 (fT3) 5.1 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 54.1%

How we interpret these results depends on how you took the test and your last dose of Levo & T3 before it.

Did you allow the recommended time of 24hrs for Levo & 8-12hrs for T3?

Did you stop any biotin containing supplements 4-7 days before the test?

Your FT4 is far too low. Likely you need to add 25mcgs Levo at this point.

What are your most recent results for ferritin, folate, B12 & d3?
