Lactoferrin: Success stories?

Hi. Just wondering if anyone is taking Lactoferrin and benefits from using it?

It's supposed to have immunity, gut, anti fungal/viral/bacterial and weight regulation benefits.

I have been using it for almost two years and feel like it’s helped me with fatigue and potentially iron issues. I have graves hyperthyroidism and would feel short of breath when standing especially when traveling and this worked almost immediately for me. I notice less of an immediate change now but when I stopped I felt bad again so I take it daily now.

Thanks, that sounds positive. I'm thinking of taking it for gut issues and possible candida which are linked.

I think it’s worth trying. I’m sensitive to a lot of things but I had no side effects from lactoferrin.

Can I ask if it contains any lactose.?

I am not sure. It may do as it is derived from bovine (cow) lactoferrin. I will have to research that.

Just found this when googled whether it contains lactose: "Pure lactoferrin is lactose-free, and should not cause any symptoms for people who are just lactose intolerant. But it's important to seek out a brand that is touted as lactose-free specifically. Some brands might not be sufficiently purified, or might contain lactose or milk powder as a filler"
