enlarged thyroid

Hello,

I’ve posted confusing information about my thyroid labs in the past but this post has to do with the size of my thyroid which is more definitive. I also have multiple thyroid nodules as well. My thyroid itself does not protrude out as one would expect with the size of each lobe. To make this quick and easy does anyone on here have or had thyroid lobes in the area of 7-8 cm each, that’s each lobe, 8 cm x 6cm x 3cm each lobe? Am I reading the radiologist wrong? It’s been highly recommended to have my thyroid removed completely. Anyone else has enlarged thyroid and any size comparison I sure would appreciate it, I’ll be having an updated ultrasound of my thyroid soon and I have a scheduled appointment with an ENT to address the thyroid issues.
