Still low on vitamin D

Pastelart profile image
8 Replies

I’ve been taking Better you vitamin d for three months and my levels haven’t improved at all. I was surprised that it was so low in the first place, as I spent a month in Australia in September and would have thought I’d got enough exposure to the sun.

I would be grateful for any thoughts and advice please

What was your Vit D result BEFORE supplementing 3 months ago, how much Vit D did you take daily in the last 3 months, and what is your Vit D now?

I’m am feeling soooo embarrassed. Went to check my results and my new FBC has been added to my earlier tests and I didn’t check the dates! I will let you know when my new results come back.

Hi FallingInReverse, have just received my vitamin D results and they’ve gone up to 75.3, which is good but I’m going to carry on till it’s a bit higher.

Hi. I am interested in this because I have just bought the one with K2 added.

Out of interest when do you take the sprays and how many do you do each day?
