help with results please.

I got my results back from Medichecks today, the test was done on Monday morning. The result look okay to me but I am struggling with weight gain and tiredness.

What are you taking now, your FT3 has jumped up quite a bit.

When did you take your last dose of thyroid meds before this test?

I took my last dose the day before my test. I am currently taking B12, B complex every day and vitamin D every other day. I have been taking 125mg and yes my FT4 is quite high. When I was taking 100mg, I was very hypo, puffy eyes etc. I still don’t feel the best and so had the tests to see what the results were. Now I am thinking should I reduce a little.

You don't need to reduce by very much at all. Even 25mcgs a week might be all you need to drop.

Retest vitamins and thyroid levels 3months after starting the supplements and see hwo your FT3 is looking and how you are feeling then.
