Guideline 16
The Thyroid UK forum guidelines are always accessible on this pinned post:
Forum Posting Guidelines

We ask that all members read them and very much hope you do so. However, in time, we can forget what was there, or misremember, or whatever.
Hence, I am posting this short reminder of the guidelines in full.
And (today) of this specific item:
16. Do not breach copyright rules by placing documents onto Thyroid UK unless you have permission from the author of the document. You can, however, post excerpts with links to the full text of the document.
I’ve often posted the title and subtitle, the first paragraph or two, the abstract, or some other quote.
For articles where the number of views is important, it only fair for them to know that many are viewing their words. Hence, leading to the copyrighted article potentially encourages the author and publisher.
When possible, you should always identify the source - the publication, the site, the title, etc., and include a link. (Obviously, if you have a link but it no longer works, it is pointless including that link. But still worth mentioning the fact.)
Note that HealthUnlocked’s own guidelines also apply:
