Do you find you have developed new allergies/intolerance/sensitivities since having hashimoto's or hypothyroidism?
My biggest has been becoming dairy intolerant. But have developed other weird ones too...
-unable to use certain toothpastes, no idea why
-can't touch plastic to my lips as it itches and doing it again causes a sandpaper textured rash
-detol gives me a headache, even a faint wiff of it.. Trying to get my husband to keep his detol in the garage for cleaning figures. But even the figured afterwards coming in the house is enough smell to cause a headache.

I have learned that new allergies always evolve every few years. It is frustrating! I am learning that doing gluten free, trying to eat sugar free and eating fermented foods help to heal my gut. Kombucha, organic kefir, kimchi, etc might help. Healing my gut seems to lessen the symptoms of allergic foods and chemicals. I can’t be around a wood fire cause I now get real sick.
I've been dairy free for years. Milk protein has always caused me chronic constipation. I've spent a couple of years 'healing' my leaky gut, and have added t3 in the last couple of months. Just out of interest I've tried some cheese for lunch the last two days, and I've taken digestive enzyme tablets at the same time and lo and behold, all has been ok. I have no plans to go full-on dairy again, but it does get pretty dire avoiding dairy 100%. I'm now hoping I can take an enzyme pill whenever I have something potentially suspect, and will get away with a little dairy now and then. Other than that, I think my caffeine tolerance has diminished! Even a decaf coffee or a regular cup of tea has me anxious and twitchy now.
I find being dairy free hinders being able to socialize with others that involves food. I don't do much socializing it's mostly part of work, no energy for more. But food people like to share has so much dairy. I also get no cravings, ni enjoyment from food and loss of appetite.
I forgot to say caffeine as well. I used to love having a caffeinated fizzy drink regularly... But soon as hashimoto's stuck I can't tolerate it. I can seem to tolerate natural caffeine, like kn chocolate or my ice tea... But as for chocolate, it's not exactly good dairy free so rare to have it.
Yes, everything sweet seems to have dairy in it! I do get very fed up going out to eat and being so limited. I'm hoping these digestive enzymes will do the trick occasionally.
