Will make little difference. Skipping tomorrow's tablet will be more accurate but take it if you like

Depends on how you feel.

miss a day. Levo is long acting and in my experience, one day's dose has an effect for 3-4 days (theory says 7 days or so, but it is a diminishing effect). Hence, skipping for a day (really, you have just taken your tablet 12 hrs. early) won't make much difference.

Since Levo is long acting, some Drs prescribe it every day, every other day, and have been told, even once a week, since it's based on monthly. If true, taking too much one day shouldn't cause issues, if you skip the next does to keep the monthly dose the same. If you were on combination therapy that includes T3, then it would make a difference and could cause side effects, depending on the dose.

yes skip a dose … you’ve actually doubled your dose. Though you wouldn’t feel much difference straight away it may make you a bit jittery and hyper a few days later!
