i think lt4 levothyroxine is making me ill past 5 weeks i raised 75mg and had pains stomach tight chest dissy and felt bad past two days i got stomach pains and pains chest and back arms and my pulse miss o beat and start again feels bad i dont know if this too high for me i am 70 years old

you could reduce dose to 50mcg and 75mcg on alternate days….over all increase then only 62.5mcg per day

Wait at least 6-8 weeks before retesting

Assuming you still need further increase…..then increase to 75mcg daily

Many people find it too much to increase by 25mcg in one go
