Good afternoon everyone. Has anyone had problems with MMH this week? I sent my bloods off as normal Monday morning. I checked Tuesday morning and it had arrived at Exeter sorting office about 04.00 for onward delivery to the local delivery office. I checked again yesterday evening to see if had been delivered. It was still stuck in the main sorting office. Tried to check again this morning but the system was not playing the game. I sent MMH with details, they got back to confirm they’d not yet received it and thyroid bloods ok for 10 days but folate for on only 48hrs (which has now passed) They said they would send out a new pack if necessary, but this afternoon I looked again and RM put a notice out saying they’d been requested not to make a delivery to the address today! So who’s the naughty one I’d don’t know!🤷‍♀️
