Not only do ranges change from lab to lab, but there are two different types of B12 test: serum and active. If your test was active - and the range says it is - then yours isn't too bad. Could be higher, but depends if you're having symptoms of low B12. With B12 I believe symptoms are more important that blood test results.
But, for ranges, you have to go by the range used in the lab where yours was tested. You can't chop and change ranges.
