Interpret Results how much Levothyroxine?
Yet again, even if I were to agree that a reduction is needed, I absolutely wouldn't agree that a 25% reduction is reasonable.
That is plain heavy-handed.
Also, when doses are changed to 75 micrograms, that often means your prescription would change and there is only one 75 microgram product - Teva. Some do very well on Teva, others cannot tolerate it.
Clearly your GP is basing decision on TSH alone - or has surgery got other results that they are using?
Free T4 (fT4) 18.5 pmol/L (12 - 22) 65.0%
Free T3 (fT3) 4.4 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 35.1%
Shows you need dose increase and very poor conversion rate of Ft4 to Ft3
Many people find they need BOTH Ft4 and Ft3 at least 60-70% through range
Likely low vitamin levels

Request GP retest folate, B12, full iron panel test including ferritin and vitamin D
Exactly what vitamin supplements are you taking
Your high thyroid antibodies confirms hashimoto’s
Are you now on strictly gluten free diet and/or dairy free diet
How old are you?
Pre or post menopause
Here’s link for how to request Thyroid U.K.list of private Doctors emailed to you, but within the email a link to download list of recommended thyroid specialist endocrinologists who will prescribe T3
Ideally choose an endocrinologist to see privately initially and who also does NHS consultations

Are you on HRT
Conversion rate often gets worse after menopause
Get vitamin levels tested and improved to optimal levels
Always worth trying gluten free/dairy free
Then look at getting T3 prescribed via endocrinologist
Most importantly, how are you feeling on this dose? Do you feel a dose change is needed? If so, maybe consider reducing to 87.5mcg per day, either splitting tablets, or one day at 100, next at 75. But if you feel fine, resist any changes. Your tsh is not completely suppressed, and your ft3 and ft4 are in range. If anything, your ft3 is a little low.
He's treating you by the TSH alone. Your TSH is a tadge under range so that's what's prompted this. However 75mcg is a big drop of 25%. Far far too much. He probably could've suggested taking the 100mcg 6xs and the 75mcg once per week. This is of course ignoring your poor conversion rate....lol....which is on the low side and your Ft4 has room for an increase. I'd ask to speak to him/her. x
I'd refuse as your free's are in range if you are still symptomatic I'd be asking for an increase 🤗
I'm not a doctor, but if you are losing weight, are hyperactive, have trouble sleeping at night, or loose bowel movements, diarrhea, or feel nervous, then 100 MCG is probably too high for you. I started on 100 MCG and was reduced to 75 MCG. But I have two days a week in which I take two of those tablets instead of one. That seems to be about perfect for me. .
I can't see why your GP wants to reduce it..Yes your TSH below Medichecks range but a lot of us have very low tsh when we reach our personal optimal dosage.
Levo should basically be 1.6mcg per kg so if that's the case your dose should be in the region of 123 mcg
What are your symptoms?
Maybe others can be more helpful x
