Hi, so following advice on here and in consultation with my GP we upped my Levo to see if we could achieve more optimal levels. Could I please ask your thoughts? Am I converting properly?
Thanks in advance

I had a similar test done at the GPs (but they wouldn't do antibodies hence the medichecks one) on 11th Jan and got the following:
FT3 - 4.6 pmol/L [3.1 - 6.8]
Serum free T4 level 17.9 pmol/L [12.0 - 22.0]
Serum TSH level 0.18 mIU/L [0.27 - 4.2]
Free T4 (fT4) 20.1 pmol/L (12 - 22) 81.0%
Free T3 (fT3) 5.1 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 54.1%

How do you feel
What about vitamin levels
Previous post 6 months ago you had extremely low B12
healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
Have you retested since
Exactly what vitamin supplements are you taking
Are you on strict gluten free diet and/or dairy free diet
Very strict gf vegan diet.
Serum vitamin B12 level 607 ng/L [> 178.0]
Supplements as per my bio. I haven’t had active b12 tested for a while but have an appointment with a rheumatologist about possible lupus.
What were most recent iron and ferritin results
Serum ferritin level 68 ug/L [13.0 - 150.0]
Full iron panel…….retest 3-4 times a year when self supplementing.
It’s possible to have low ferritin but high iron
Test early morning, only water to drink between waking and test. Avoid high iron rich dinner night before test
Stop iron supplements 5-7 days before test
