I recently had a miscarriage at 11 weeks and I think it was because of my underachieve thyroid and I just want to figure out how I can have a healthy pregnancy in the future so this doesn't happen again.. I am on levothyroxine and I guess my does wasn't ad high as it needed to be and I lost the baby. I just really want to figure things out and get my thyroid under control any tips for nutrition supplements or testing I would appreciate!

Do you always get a print-out of your blood test results? You need to know exactly what was tested and exactly what the results were, because doctors aren't very good with thyroids and don't always know how to interpret the results. So, if you have any, post them here, with the ranges, and let us have a look. Then we may be able to point you in the right direction.

I am really sorry for your loss. There are much more experienced folk on here that can advise better than I can, I just want to wish all the best for the future. Tc
I would advise you type the word pregnant or pregnancy into to the thyroid UK forum search options and read some of other people’s experiences on this.
I am so sorry for your loss. You are not alone in this happening unfortunately.
I hope you can gather the knowledge required to hopefully avoid this happening again as far as possible.
Take care.
