Just wondered how much space to leave in between T3 doses, currently taking 6.25mcg in the very early hours with Levo and then taking the next 6.25mcg around lunchtime/ early PM.
Is this leaving enough time or too much time between doses? Not sure how long T3 lasts. I'm obviously aiming for consistent effects, not peaks and troughs.

You'll need to experiment, if you find you get peaks and troughs leaving 8-12 hour gaps then I'd suggest trying it in one dose which alleviated the troughs for me 🤗
I take one daily dose of T3 with one glass of water and wait for an hour before I eat. I feel well and have no symptoms.
I follow the scientist/researcher who was an expert on T3and his name was Dr John Lowe, He also took T3 (LIOTHYRONE) himself and he was also an Adviser to ThyroidUK.
Unfortunately for us he had a bad fall that caused a bleed in his brain and he didn't recover.
Thankfully his website is still published on the internet.
I am fit and well and have no clinical symptons. Unfortunately for us who have a dysfunctional thyroid gland some people may not have internet connection or may still be symptomatic.
I take my daily dose with one glass of water when I awake - I wait about 1 hour before I eat. I feel well and have no symptoms.
Unfortunately everyone must decide what works best for themselves. I take 6.25 mcg of T3 at 6:30 am, 10:00 am, and 1:00 pm. I take 37.5 mcg of T4 at 6:30 am. I have tried to take my total of 18.75 mcg of T3 divided into two doses. I have horrible peaks and valleys with only two doses. It took about a year to work out the dosage and the timing of the doses. You must be slow and methodical. Don’t get in a rush.
Luckily T3 has a relatively short half life. So if you try taking it all in one go, you will only be uncomfortable for a short period. Everyone is different. And like I said, unfortunately you have to experiment and be keenly aware of how you feel. Good luck and continue to ask questions. You won’t find more knowledgeable people anywhere.
