How much time do I leave between taking T3 and food? I'm taking quarter of a tab with my Levo in the morning but am at a loss about taking the other quarter tab in the afternoon.

I take levothyroxine 150mcg and 7.5mg t3 in the morning on an empty stomach and wait 1 hour before eating anything. I also wait 3 hours after eating breakfast before taking my next dose of t3 and eat 1 hour after taking that does. These were the instructions given to me by my doctor.

Mischa, one hour before, or two hours after, food and drink, 2 hours away from other medicines and supplements and 4 hours away from iron, calcium, vitD and oestrogen.
