having bloods taken for Thyroid

I have my appointment at 8.40am for my bloods , is it best to take my thyroxine after my blood test. Or should I take it in the night. I have stopped my Biotin and Vitamin b complex for a couple of weeks. I only have this blood test annually so I want the best test results.

For the most accurate results, last levothyroxine dose should be taken 24hours before the test, which needs to be done at least an hour away from food and drinks....longer if possible.

while you stop vitamin B complex take a daily methyl folate and separate B12 instead

Are you getting vitamin levels tested too
