T3 sources

Hi all, I posted recently with my new results after my T4 being above range 6 weeks ago and I was advised on this forum to retest in 6 weeks and my T4 is now at the top of range T3 4.8 (3.1 - 6.8) T4 22.3 (12 - 22) tsh 0.012 (0.27- 4.2). Although I feel better generally since starting levo and my vitamin levels are all good, my insomnia is really taking a toll. And my symptoms haven't fully resolved. I was hoping to start ttc soon but I'm worried that my T3 at it's current level won't be enough to manage the demands of pregnancy/work (I'll be starting soon after a year ofd) and raising my young daughter and that my insomnia will continue and be a risk to my health and the pregnancy. So I'm considering trying a bit of T3 and reducing the levo. jimh111 suggested trying this but said it's very much trial and error. Could people please send me their sources of T3? And if I do decide to do this to please suggest a dosing protocol?
