I am writing to my GP today to ask for B12 injections to increase my levels to top 25% of range and support my clearly wonky thyroid activity. If anyone has any observations whatsoever regarding my blood results over the last 18 months I would be truly grateful !
I will attach results in next post as I think easier to zoom in that way..
I am undiagnosed as yet....

Your TSH at 1.8 is too high. To feel well most people need it at or below 1.
Further to that, your FT4 has not even reached 50% so you are ready for the next dose increase of Levo which you should insist on to your GP.
The good news is that you seem to be converting well, so that although your FT3 is relatively low at 21.6%, as soon as you do get a Levo increase that should raise proportionately.
You might want to post on the Pernicious Anaemia group here on HealthUnlocked regarding obtaining B12 injections.
If someone is struggling with B12 levels its recommended to take the 1,000mcg B12 sublingual plus a good methyl B complex.
Hi over the last 18 months Ive taken all sorts. Just a basic Multi Vitamin and mineral at the start, progressing to high strength B12 and B complex in the middle then nothing for the last two results in November. I am not vegetarian, eat well, had no ultrasound as GP can't see a problem.
