Di02 to test but unsure of procedure?

I've decided to test Di02 gene but little or no information from Regennics Labs I've enquired but no response yet. Do any of you delightful people no if I've to stop supplements & levo for a time before saliva test? Best time of day or it doesn't matter as it's genes🤔 I'm doing this to see if it's a reason why I'm a poor converter prior to my telephone appointment with endo in February trying to arm myself with everything I could possibly need.Thanks🙂
