Hello, welcome along

Not the easiest to read, pictures are often clearer when added as a reply.

Are you diagnosed and taking Levothyroxine?

These results show that you have Hashimoto's

Nothing much appears to be going on at the moment. You have Hashi's, so levels are going to fluctuate all the time. At the moment, you have high-ish TSH, and low-ish FT4/3, but you weren't quite hypo at the time of this blood test.

BUT, what time of day was the blood draw? Because that makes a difference.

Do you have any sort of thyroid diagnosis?

Are you taking thyroid hormone replacement?

Did you have any nutrients tested: vit D, vit B12, folate, ferritin?

Also, could this be Graves? I have high BMR and temp sits at 37.5-37.8

Highly unlikely to be Graves' with those results. With Graves' TSH would be completley suppressed and FT4/3 about ten times above the top of the range.

Thanks GreyGoose. I only ask as google seems to say high thyroid antibodies could be either Graves or Hashimotos, and I feel more like I have Graves but clearly that’s in my head as my thyroid hormones are normal (ish)

Graves' has its own antibodies, TRAB and TSI, but it is possible to have high TPOab when you have Graves'. But your other results are saying hypo.

is that clearer now? No diagnosis- this was taken in an over all health review. Blood drawn at 6pm and low iron and vit d too

Much better... to get a more accurate result ideally the test needs to be before 9am with only water before as TSH is at its peak between 7-9am and drops throughout the day

For Graves there is a TRAb test

Vit D... grassrootshealth.net/projec...

Was it a full iron panel or just ferritin?

so this is my iron profile. Other tests of note were low testosterone, +2 ketones, low complement C3 and low body fat

Iron
