can I eat b4 blood test?

hi, I had my 25mg levothyroxine increased to 50 but had to cut it back to 25 on one day and 50 the next which I am tolerating.

I am having an nhs blood test next week at 8.40 am. Can I eat breakfast b4 or is it best not to?

ok will do. I take but b complex, cod liver oil and zinc but stopped them a week ago.
