reduced Carbimazole with high readings

HI, so I have been having really bad chest pains which feels like indigestion. Had to go hospital to rule out cardiac and lung issues. Then they told me to stop taking my Carbimazole for 7 days then reduce the dose from 30mg to 10mg per day

does anyone know why they want to reduce the dose although my TSH,T3 & 4 are still high?

what are your actual results and ranges

TSH is LOW when hyper and starting on Carbimazole

TSH is high if Carbimazole dose is too high

Important to also test iron/ferritin levels

Plus B12, folate and vitamin D
