Congratulations... those are the least wonky results I've seen! 🤗 they do show you are more like to suffer from an autoimmune disease and slower cortisol clearance

I'd point you in the direction of this book... which explains how even good genes can play dirty

Thank you, how do you help slower cortisol clearance? Is cortisol to do with stress?

Yes, cortisol is generally raised when stressed but the thing with genetics is that you might equally have one that looks wonky but actually acts clean!

Genetics doesn't give clear answers just possible qwerks 😕

Also if your adrenals are fatigued that will limit the amount of cortisol they are able to produce so could mean your levels are low...

Do you think you have a cortisol issue?

I have so much stress, all my close family, mum, dad, brother, sister , nephew and my partner have.died in the last five years, mum and my partner last year within 6 weeks of each other, I am renovating my patents old house, getting my house ready to sell running around afterr my grandkids, I have acupuncture every fortnight pay private for it to try and calm things down, I still have buzzing in.my ears, head feels weird and confused, tiredness but hardly sleep, I had my bloods done yesterday for TSh Tf3 and TF 4, I have some kind of liver issue saw consultation last week and having some kind of fibro ultrasound thing on my liver nexy wednesday, I dont drink alcohol, smoke or take drugs, mustcadmit my diet is a bit unhealthy since My partner died and I dont excersise as much as I did when he was alive

Cripes you have got it all going on ☹️

I think as a sweeping statement a lot of us Hypo's have terrible liver results which make us look like alcoholic, obese, fatty liver sufferers...

Worth putting a post up for advice about high cortisol? Though again it can be hard to tell if your symptoms are due to high or low cortisol as similar symptoms.... many of us have done the cortisol saliva test to be sure

It could well be after all that going on your adrenals are exhausted, when they can't make enough cortisol they give you a shot of adrenalin instead!!
