Just want to let everyone know:
There are quite a number of members who have liked the post but have NOT added a reply.
This is of courseabsolutely fine. And I know it took me some time to come up with words (despite help from others). No-one should feel they have to add a reply at all. Nor that they can't come back and add a reply, if they wish.
So sorry to be reading this. I missed this post when it first came out but I wanted to pass on my condolences and to reiterate what many others have said before.
Susie (and others on this site) made such a huge difference to my life with her advice and wisdom. I hope her family find some comfort knowing how well thought of she was and the positive impact she had on so many.
So sorry to hear this sad news. Susie was the first person I had contact with on this wonderful forum. She will be sorely missed. Condolences to her laved ones. ๐
Condolences to Susie's loved ones. The numerous heartfelt comments are a testament to the help she generously provided to so many. What a wonderful legacy. I hope the comments are shared with her family so they may take some degree of comfort from this in their grief.

I am so very sad and shocked to hear this. I was also wondering why I hadnโt seen her for some time. May God bless her soul and provide comfort and strength to her family during this difficult time. She came across as a very meticulous, caring and helpful lady. She will be missed immensely. ๐
So sorry to hear this sad news about SeasideSusie. I was just thinking that I hadn't seen a post from her in a long while and was wondering if she was unwell.. She always offered such good down to earth advice and will be sorely missed by all in the Thyroid H.U. community and most especially by her family and friends. Such sad news: she was a bright light for us here. We benefitted so much from her good advice as well as her kindness and generosity of spirit. Susie was very much instrumental in my recovery. She was so incredibly knowledgeableโฆ.. she was very calm in her responses and so kind. Feeling very sadโฆ.. but also inspired by her contribution. I for one want to pay forward that support I was givenโฆ.

I'm so sad to hear the news of the passing of SeasideSusie. Although I only knew her through reading her excellent responses to our questions, I nevertheless feel as though I have lost a friend. Her thoughtful advice will be greatly missed.

A shock and sad to lose such a kind and knowledgeable person, SeasideSusie.
I will remember her when I do finger prick blood tests; I printed out the details and get the page out each time I do a test. Her advice to give the lance a slight twist makes all the difference.
To her family - be proud of her. She has helped so many of us over the years.

Oh no , very sad news she gave very good advice to many on here and myself and has being a tremendous help and support . It will be strange not to see her name come up in replies as it was always a reassuring and positive sight. Thoughts are with her family and friends.
I've not been on here for a while so was shocked and very sad to read the news of SeasideSusie. She was always on here giving so much invaluable advice to so many. As someone else said I too printed out her advice on the finger prick tests as I was having trouble with them. Very grateful for all her words of wisdom, she will be very much missed.
This is incredibly sad news. My condolences to her family. Like all of the moderators, her replies feel like an absolute lifeline to me and many more of us who have been failed and forgotten by the system. I had no idea she was such incredible work while being so ill. I canโt put into words how grateful I am.

It is so sad to hear of this news. I was just looking back at one of my posts that Susie replied to two years ago so that I could help a friend. And saw this post about her passing. Her assistance truly helped me during a very grave period. Susie was a remarkable human being who was dedicated to helping others. She truly was doing Gods work. I am so grateful for her and so many of you who continue to help others. May she rest in peace.

So sorry that she's crossed over. I've been away on holiday and just saw this post. I'm sure heaven gained an angel the day she crossed over. We lost a wonderful lady whose advice helped many including including me. I didn't know her personally, only from reading her posts and replies on here. She will be sadly missed.

I have just logged in after some time due to the very recent passing of my father and read the sad news about SeasideSusie. I feel so much for Susie's family and know exactly what sadness and loss they'll be going through. Susie was a very valued person on this forum for her advice and support. Although she will be greatly missed, she is now at rest free of her suffering and pain. With deepest sympathies to all those that loved her and knew her.

Somehow, I have only just seen this so I am sorry for the late response. I am so sorry for her loss; she got me through the first dark days and I am still so grateful to her . I haven't been active for a while on HU and now sad to learn of SeasideSusie's passing. However the last time I was, it was SeasideSusie who helped me and offered generously her time and wisdom.
I sense collectively her loss and my sincere condolences go to her family and all that knew her.
We are all devastated and Broken over Seaside Susie's passing. Her love and devotion to help everyone that turned to her was beyond .
