Has anyone done the saliva Cortisol test recently and had to wait to test between days 19-23 of their monthly Cycle.
It says if you no long have cycles then you can test anytime.
I called regenerus & they said it was ok to test now and I don’t need to wait until then but the leaflet advises different & when I did some research online it advises similar to the leaflet.
I would like to test sooner than later but happy to wait if needed.
Also not sure if I need to stop vitamins a day or two before.
Thanks

My understanding too is that the specific time is only relevant if you have a menstrual cycle because it does affect cortisol levels, particularly during ovulation I think, and if you don't have a cycle then you do it any time. I waited to do it on day 19 because I still have a regular cycle. From memory don't think you need to stop vits because it's a saliva test, just take all meds etc. as normal but avoid caffeine/stimulants on the day.
