very interesting. Thanks for sharing. Somehow I recently started taking part of my thyroid hormone in the middle of the night 3-5ish & it seems to be working better. Think I did it because I felt I was over replaced but didn’t want to cut my last dose of the day too drastically. So decided if I wake up I will take it. A couple of months ago I started taking some adrenal support so maybe that’s why I was feeling “over replaced”? Whatever the case i have inadvertently followed Paul’s advice!
