This is my son, I'm sure it's his thyroid, i've no idea what the levels are for a kid.
In the last 6 months he's started piling on the pounds all around the mjiddle and his hairs falling out, he's also forgetting things, I've been fobbed off again and again by the doctor with the usual rubbish of oh it's hormones and he'll grow soon so it's ok. I'll give him an asthma pump which will no doubt make him worse as he already has low stomach acid and he doesn't have asthma, he's lethargic, It drives me mad
He's not eating anymore than normal, somethings off.
Does anyone know what the levels are supposed to be? does anyone have any insight ?

Sorry but we absolutely need the ranges that were given for the FT4 and FT3 because they vary from lab to lab. And, presumably they knew his age, no? There are no standard ranges for any age group, just the ranges that the different labs work with.
I should imagine that the TSH is over-range, isn't it? I've never seen a range go that high. And, the FT3 looks very high. But, impossible to say without the ranges.

Does your doctor wear clown shoes? Because those are pretty rediculous things to say. Of course it's 'hormones', thyroid hormones! And you do not grow out of thyroid problems, they grow with you. Ask him if he got his qualifications in a box of breakfast cereal.
