undiagnosed and travel vaccinations

I’m undiagnosed as yet but DO have an autoimmune disorder of rheumatic type ( since 1979) and associated conditions. I’m awaiting an abdominal scan as GP doesn’t seem to know what to do next with this new malaise and set if symptoms which after researching and reading here I suspect is thyroid ….... anyway my question is regarding vaccines for tetanus and hepatitis which I’m planning to have for a trip to Thailand in February all being well. Is it ok to have these if I have a thyroid issue?

Thyroid issues aren't a reason not to have any vaccination. Vaccinations prevent serious illnesses, not to mention you may be prevented from travelling if you haven't had the vaccines.
