Hey all,
I am using up some of expired Thybon from 2021, I think I have seen some posts saying it would be still effective, but wanted to check on here just in case
I also have a few blisters from 2022.
Thank you!

No problem. I've taken thyroid hormones older than that and they were fine.
There are a couple of pages about expiry dates in my vade mecum.
helvella's Vade Mecum document is available here:
helvella - Vade Mecum for Thyroid
The term vade mecum means:
1. A referential book such as a handbook or manual.
2. A useful object, constantly carried on one’s person.

Thank you helvella, I have just downloaded it from Dropbox, but unable to open it for some reason 😞
It is working, false alarm, thank you so much!
I've taken NDT that has expired with no problems. I do keep my NDT in a mini cooler bag in the fridge
I've taken my NDT when it's out of date and it's been fine. I keep mine in a cupboard away from sunlight in a cool room. Not a fridge. Temperatures over 25C can affect it.There's a possibility it may not retain it's same efficacy but I haven't noticed a difference. Tbh if you did you could temporarily increase your dosage a little to counter this.
