I take 75mcg levo and 3mcg cytomel. The last few days I am suddenly feeling hyper instead of hypo. I feel very anxious, wired, faster heartbeat, my period is shorter, trouble sleeping, very warm and a tight throat.
I have scheduled a blood draw in 4 days. I want to lower my meds today because I feel awful but I am worried that my blood results won’t show what is going on if I lower my meds now.
Will it make a big difference in my blood results in 4 days ?

Keep on the same dose till after your bloods. Ideally keep on the same dose till you get the results. The symptoms of over and under medication can be very similar. It is easy to assume which one you are and alter meds accordingly only to have bloods show that you were in fact the other and you've taken the wrong action.
I get ‘hyper like’ symptoms when my thyroid medication needs adjusting and this can be both upwards or downwards in my case, so it’s vitally important to test TSH, FT3 and FT4.
When did you last check key thyroid vitamins (ferritin, folate, B12 and vit D)?
I am only on 75mcg thyroxine and nothing else for my thyroid. I used to be on 100mcg and felt OK but since the hospital guidelines state certain criteria it seemed I was being given too much so it was dropped to 75mcg. Can't say if I feel better though.
