hi I’ve been reading that whilst taking orlistat your Levo has trouble absorbing has anyone any idea about the percentage loss ( should I be updating my levo dosage)

The advice as per NICE states that you need to take it at least 2 hours apart from your Levo to avoid absorption issues. Perhaps also get a blood test done 8 weeks after you have started doing this to be sure.

Levothyroxine — orlistat may reduce the absorption of levothyroxine, leading to reduced control of hypothyroidism [MHRA, 2010].

Advise the person to consider taking levothyroxine at a different time to orlistat to reduce the interaction (such as 2 hours after a dose of orlistat or at bedtime).

I would imagine that would vary from person to person, like all things thyroid. So, the only way to know if you need to increase your levo is to do blood tests.
