am I under medicated?

hi ladies Just got my results back from the doctors there are a couple of things I don’t really understand if anyone could help me please I would be grateful . My TSH , serum tsh level 0.07 mu/l (0.3-5.0) below ref limit.

Serum free T4 level15.6pmol/L(7.9-16 .0

My folate level(42u3)-16.6 ugl/L (2.5-9999.0)

I take thyroxine 75 and 100 alternate days am I under medicated?
