I have been taking 100 mcg Levo (prescribed) and 12.5 mcg Tiromel (self sourced) for a few years now and feel stable and well on this dose. I went away on a short holiday on Tuesday and I am now home again (Friday). Sadly I forgot to take my thyroid meds with me. I realised on Tuesday night, contacted my GP first thing Wednesday and got replacement Levo from a pharmacy so I only missed one dose of Levo, but I have had no liothyronine for three days. By today I was feeling very tired due partly to lack of sleep and much activity but by today I realised it was probably that awful hypo feeling of other worldly exhaustion. I will take my normal dose of both meds tonight but how can I help myself overcome this low?

I don't think you can really 'catch up' with T3 as it works immediately. Probably best thing you can do is add the levo that you missed over a few days which will mean you don't dip too much in the next few weeks.
Hopefully in a few days you will pick up again.
