Feeling unwell after levo increased

Nearly 3 weeks on 25mg increase in levo, I wasvon 50mg now 75mg, kept to same brand and cutting 50mg in half to get the extra 25mg.Last week started feeling very unwell, head more fuzzy, ranging in ears worse, feeling like my hearts pounding, (daily resting heart rates been my normal at 51 - 54 on fitbit watch) blood pressure went high (that might be because I stopped BP tablets as I thought high BP it might be linked with my thyroid issues)

Have re started BP tablets.

Cramps in legs, (I use a magnisium spray)

Aching all over.

Actually feeling like I'm going mad so depressed.

I have private acupuncture twice a month going today will see what she says.

Got a blood test booked on 27th July to check thyroid at GPs.

Should I do a private blood test before that or wait until 27th ?

It’s very common to have some worse symptoms when increasing. Hopefully they will settle in a few weeks.

No need to change blood test.

I'm sorry you're feeling rubbish.I don't know that much, learning as I go here, but are your vit and mineral levels good as suggested on this forum?

In case a low level of say folate, ferritin, b12 etc. could be making your symptoms worse?

Hopefully a more knowledgeable member will put me right if this is irrelevant.
