Hi radd I was wondering if I could pick your brains again.Posted my latest results 4 weeks ago and took your advice to reduce Levo from 125 daily to 125/100 alternate days as my t4 was pretty high. The first 3 weeks on the new dose I felt as well as I have for months. The last week or so however I've been feeling hypo(cold, tired, headaches, joint pain, low basal temp on waking).Ive been struggling to find the sweet spot with the meds.Really frustrating as I felt really close with the latest dose change.Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

You felt well as your T4 levels dropped a bit, but then it dropped a bit too far and your symptoms returned. So you will need to make very small and patient adjustments now.
You are doing alternate day dosing, which is easy. But you need to start adding 1 x more 125 dose in per week in place of 1 x 100 dose. So start looking at your dosing now as weekly, not a simple alternate day.
You may end up needing to take 125 4 or 5 times a week, with the remaining days at 100. It could be more, or less. And only by trying one increase at a time and letting it settle in for a number of weeks, will you know which it is.
This is so true. I've made increases as small as 6 or 7 mcg daily by working out over a week how to implement this and it's quite surprising how such a small amount can make a difference.
Many thanks for the quick reply Fancy pants. I know I will have to learn to be more patient lol.
Ah yes, patience, we need that in bucket loads. If only it was sold in supermarkets!
I'm currently trying NDT as I struggled with combo. I'm currently increasing my dose by 1/8th of a grain at a time! The 1/4 grain tablets are tiny. I have to split them in half(fish) with my thumb nails. Such a pain. But so far it's suiting me much better than increasing 1/4 grain at a time.
Just a thought..has the change in your hypo symptoms coincided with a change in the weather ? 21st June is midsummer day/ longest day .Did your symptoms change around that time ? I believe the body and mood , or at least my body is very very sensitive to temperature changes and daylight changes/ overcast / sunny days etc .
