Is it important to get lactose intolerance test or just cut our dairy ?
I seem to crave dairy - cheese etc but then when I eat it I get bloating and upset tummy etc
I also have an eating disorder so will sometimes want to self harm by eating foods that I know are not good for me ?
I have given up alcohol- made me collapse on a drip, caffeine - gave me irregular heart beat, gluten - mostly given up , but sugar and dairy seem hard for me to give up . I really think I see a correlation between my fatigue and eating dairy/ and or sugar / fructose
Should I get a breathe test - can I get this on NHS ?
does anyone know a good cookbook that is useful for not eating these.
many tips greatly appreciated ?
