For anyone on a simar journey to me.....

So constipation has improved. After years of having it I've had a number of weeks now not just days with improved bowel movement. No more straining when going to the toilet. Hair is still reduced shed from what it was. But the growth has slowed and thinned down. And with the hair loss more than it was before my thyroid fecked up it means the hair doesn't look any better even with the reduced shed.

They thyroid medication is having an impact on slowing the fall. But it's not improving the growth.

Just keeps thinning the hair. The hair is my.most concerning symptom of the thyroid failing. I can deal with all the rest just ever consuming the hair loss is and no growth
