B12 problems?

I don't know what your symptoms are but I was vitamin b12 deficient with a similar reading and I had the symptoms of tingling and wierd dizziness among others. Despite this I was told it was fine as within normal limits. It is a large range and stands to reason that that reading can be low for some, particularly when symptomatic. I was taking metformin and a documented side effect is to deplete b12. GP told me I knew more than him 🤷. I Insisted on b12 and symptom went. Good luck.
