Repeat Cortisol test timings

Me again... I had cortisol tested recently but endo wants to rerun the test. I've got the kit here ready to use and have been given times to do the collections of 8am/12pm/4pm/10pm.

I'm going to disregard the 8am one and do it within half hour of waking.

But for my previous test I did collections at 6:45am/12pm/5pm/9pm

Should I stick to the times given or do the same as previously for comparison?

Results are given as waking/noon/evening/night so maybe I'm overthinking this? 😂

Oh, and remember all the rules, no caffeine, food within an hour.....

Well, I did all that but ended up having a migraine and a 90 minute nap so heaven knows what that will do to my results. 🤪

Well, I never nap! And it's been about 6 weeks since my last migraine. 😂

Test from a different company; they're cotton swab things that you have to hold in your mouth until they're soaked! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Let's see what happens when I get the results. 😁
