Can anyone pls advise how long before blood tests you should stop taking biotin ? (as in Vit B Complex)

The amount in a B Complex is usually about 400-500mcg. This is a relatively small amount and it would be fine to leave off for 3 days. It's the higher amount in a stand alone biotin supplement or hair/nail supplement, eg 5mg or 10mg, that requires it to be left off for 7 days.

Thank you. I’m using Thorne B supplement (1 tablet per day) so presumably 3 days will be fine.
