Feeling really hot and tired

After any exercise at the moment I get really tired and hot, like I’m not the most active guy, but like just simple lifting and walking can be a lot at the moment. I don’t know if this could be due to my thyroid or not, like I read about feeling cold but not hot. I don’t know and my anxiety just playing tricks with it all too.

poor temperature control is common hypothyroid symptom

Often people feel cold, but significant number of hypothyroid patients feel too hot or swing from hot to cold

Dshadzz07,

If you have Hashi, then going hot & cold can be due to antibodies and hormone fluctuations. Your previous posts detail some classic hypo symptoms that can take years to accumulate and then even when we’re optimally replaced with thyroid meds, all that damage has to reverse.

The iron and nutrients levels so pushed by the forum are because our meds need these levels optimised to function effectively.  Also the adrenals can suffer after years of thyroid issues and I found taking electrolytes, and a Pulsin' protein shake helped my recovery after exercise by stopping blood sugars plummeting.
