Hiya I'm new here on my Hashimoto's journey and was just wondering does anyone have any recommendations for cleaning products/ deodorants etc that are thyroid friendly?

Salt rock/crystal deodorants are really good, have used them for years. Have to wet them and really rub in a lot, but does work. Just a big old block of salt, so nothing nasty. You can also get ones that are made from coconut oil etc., usually have essential oils in them. They always stained my clothes, but I know lots of people find them useful. If you have a look round eco websites, there are usually some options. I use Bio-d cleaning products as well and found them good.

Thankyou so much for your reply😄 My antibodies are 4000😨 I'm changing things nutrition wise and lifestyle in general but it's all the other toxic rubbish I need to get to grips with.

I use ecover products and find them to be good, especially the lemongrass and ginger all purpose cleaning fluid. Method is ok too but the smell can be a bit strong.
