So last couple weeks been getting some weird symptoms and doctor couldn’t fine anything wrong from what they know.
I’m getting like an on and off blocked nose and like tingling around my body, I’m getting worried due to my anxiety, they haven’t increased my levo dose yet and as they still reviewing my medicheck results.
I’m so confused and just struggling.

You definitely need a Levothyroxine dose increase Dshadzz07, as your Medichecks results clearly showed you are undermedicated. I would contact your GP and say your symptoms are worsening & you would like to trial a 25mcg Levo increase (in the first instance) to get TSH under 2 and FT4 higher in the range. Remember most members only feel well when TSH falls below 1, so it’s unsurprising you feel unwell & have adverse symptoms.
GlowCoach and SlowDragon gave you great links in your last post to help improve your key vitamin levels. Both thyroid medication & key vitamins need to be optimal in order to improve your health. What are your current vitamin supplements?
Yeah I’m going to speak to the doctor about it all again because I’ve been feeling run down for a couple weeks and they haven’t found anything else, I don’t know if hypothyroidism can cause anxiety because it’s getting bad again.
The supplements.
Better you vitamin D3+K spray 3000iu
Super B complex for B12 and folate
Folic acid from doctor
Plan to start taking this triple magnesium complex that has said to be really helpful with sleep and energy.
Honestly I don’t know my brand, but I always get the same one though. It’s just 1 100mg pill, I’m calling GP up today for it.
Like when I spoke to the doctor about it and he said 6.6 is nearly in range maybe we should keep you at that, like I struggle trying to advocate because of my anxiety. Like why is the reason we need to be at bottom of range? And what is ideal T4 range?
Explain to GP you have lots of hypothyroid symptoms returning and you would like 25mcg increase in levothyroxine to bring TSH lower as you feel you’re now not on adequate dose levothyroxine
on levothyroxine TSH should always be below 2
most people when adequately treated will have TSH around one
TSH should be under 2 as an absolute maximum when on levothyroxine
Ah thank you for the links I appreciate getting more of an understanding towards it. It’s really hard to tell if what I’m experiencing is my thyroid but obviously could be with my levels still aren’t normal.
Like I get muscle aches, pins and needles, sensitive to cold/heat, chest tightness, fatigue, watery eyes, more congestion.
My brain just goes ah this is something serious that’s when the anxiety steps in.
I really hope a lot of these symptoms slowly go down once I got that level, it’s really dreadful feeling like this.
Some People get Heart palpitate/tightness with k2/mk7. Can you get vitamin k2/MK4 and see if that helps.I struggle because my TSH is Always too high and ft4, ft3 at low end of 'normal'
I have a Blue Horizon Medicals Thyroid Premium Platinum blood test to have on Tuesday.
